The registration fee for the conference is 200€.
For PhD students a reduced fee of 50€ applies. 
The registration fee includes the Morning and Afternoon coffee breaks from Monday to Friday.

The deadline to pay the registration fee is Thursday 20th June 2019.

It does not cover the following social activities, which will take place during the conference:
(The cost of these activities should be paid at the same time as the registration fee)

• Social Dinner (45 €)
• Guided tour of the Palais Des Papes (Wednesday 4^th afternoon, 15 €) 
• Show "Vibrations" on Tuesday 3^rd  at 09:15 pm (https://avignon-vibrations.com/language/en/, 12 €)

Financial support to attend the conference is available for a few young scientists.
